Father and son accused of drug dealing in Jennings County
A father and son were arrested recently in Jennings County on drug-related charges.
According to the Jennings County Sheriff’s Department, the SWAT team served arrest warrants for dealing methamphetamine on 62-year-old Brian K. Culp and his son 37-year-old Brian C. Culp early on the morning of Feb. 16th. A search warrant served at the home recovered drug paraphernalia, eight firearms, more than six ounces of methamphetamine and nearly two pounds of marijuana.
In addition to the warrants, the father is facing new charges of being a felon in possession of a handgun, as well as dealing marijuana, drug and paraphernalia possession and maintaining a common nuisance. The younger Culp is also facing new charges of aiding, inducing, or causing dealing Methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance.
