Patchy, dense fog lingering in some areas this morning

You could see some dense fog out there this morning.

The National Weather Service in Indianapolis says that a moist layer of air near the ground is combining with calm winds and clear skies to allow patchy, dense fog to develop in some spots this morning. However the fog should remain shallow and will begin to improve as drier air moves into the area.

You should look out for short distances where visibility could rapidly get worse. Forecasters say you should slow and and be extra cautious if you are on the road this morning.
